Happy Ampuversary, Trouble! You are pawsome! You are our hero! You totally rock! And we'll give Trouble beans a try tonight, too - in your honor.
Sending hugs,
Holly, Zuzu and Susan
Holly joined the world of tripawds on 12/29/2009. She has a big little sister, Zuzu, who idolizes Holly and tries to make all of her toys into tripawds in Holly's honor. And she's enjoying life one hop at a time!

Way to go Trouble!! You are definitely an inspawration for us to work hard and keep the faith (I know a bear-dog that needs to drop a few pounds for mobility's sake) Thank you so much for sharing your story! Sadie loves veggies (actually, Sadie loves ALL food ), so we will have some trouble beans too! Congratulations on 19 months!!!!!!
Hugs and Sloppy Sadie kisses,
Lisa & Sadie
Sadie is my 9yr old Rott/Shepherd mix. Diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her right scapula 1/28/10. Our brave girl had her amputation 2/13/10 and her last chemotherapy on 6/6/10. Unfortunately, a tumor appeared in her back right leg and on 10/7/2010 Sadie's earthly journey came to an end. On 10/24/2010 we adopted Ranger, a handsome Rott/Lab mix tripawd (got hit by a car) I think Sadie sent him to us.

Jo Ann & Tasha
Tasha 8 years old, First cancer diagnosis 6/26/09, Last cancer diagnosis 9/26/09, Amputation 10/01/09, Loving our girl moment by moment.
Tasha lost her battle and became my Angel on May 4 2011. Forever in my heart….
HOORAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Trouble, you are one amazing little girlie, and such an inspawration to us all. During dinner, a beet rolled off my mom's plate and landed on the floor next to Jack where it was quickly devoured...little did we know, we were celebrating the day with Pickled Beets instead of Green Beans! Man, you are just super neat

Congratulations, Trouble! I love hearing about such longevity! Way to go! Daisy is a broccoli kind of gal--the food I cook for her is heavy with it--nevertheless, she'll have a little extra in your honor for her next meal. Hip hip hooray!
Daisy, 12 years young, had left forelimb amp on 5/19/2010 due to osteosarcoma. She left her body behind and joined the other spirit tripawds on 7/16/2010.
So grateful for each day with her!

Trouble likes broccoli too. When I buy it, I only cook the flowerettes, but I cut the stem in chunks and she eats it like a treat. Or sometimes I give it to her like a bone to gnaw on.
Shanna & Spirit Trouble ~ Trouble gained her wings 3/16/2011, a 27 1/2 month cancer survivor, tail wagging. RIP sweetheart, you are my heart and soul. Run free at Rainbow Bridge.

Way to go Trouble! Hoppy Hoppy 19th Ampuversary you sweet girl.
I don't know how I missed this topic but I can assure you Fortis is eating a (1) green bean tonight regardless of whether he wants one or not. This is in you honor Trouble! Maybe if I disguise it with some peanut butter it will go down easier.
Fortis' Dad
Hey Trouble!
Well I can't say it any better than... YOU ROCK!! Every time you have an ampuversary Mom and I are just sooooo happy. I asked Mom about this green bean thing though. She gave me one and.... ewwwwwww..... I spit it right back out in her hand. Bleah. Sorry girl, I would love to toast you with some green beans but I just..... can't..... choke..... them.... down. So it will have a be a Beef Trachea Sundae from Dairy Queen.
Lots of Love, Licks and Leans,
Queen Nova and mom Sue

Today is Trouble's 19 month ampuversary! When we started this journey, this day was not even in my wildest imagination. Goes to show we truly do not know what is ahead for us. Trouble has had a couple of major scares since her last ampuversary, but I think we are on the mend now. The surgery site from the Lipoma removal is starting to grow hair fuzz, Yea! and she is recovering nicely from her immobility episode on Monday. It has been an emotional month for me, I think she's just making sure I stay on my toes.
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congratulations!!! 19 MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!
It sure does go to show, as you have said before, "there is no date stamp on their butts"
Glad to hear her new weight reducing diet is going well!
