Unabashed schmaltz in honour of Meg's 18 month Ampuversary...
She's doing well, every bit as much of a rogue and a rascal as ever she was, constantly in trouble, makes my life hell, and I love her with all my heart.
Ruby, Staffy, born June 2022, became a Tripawd, November 2023, adopted January 2024.
Also Angel Tripawd Meg (aka The Megastar), who died in April 2023, aged 14, after seven glorious years on three, and Angel Staffies Elsie Pie and Bille. In the pawprints of giants...
I can never get enough of your girls Clare! Meg so happy to be celebrating 18 months with you! The Megastar never ceases to amaze me with her grit and determination along with a that wicked sense of humor 😉. She truly is a ⭐️! You keep Mum on her toes Meg.....but please do stay within reason ok girl? Love you three mightily!
LOVE !!! LOVE !!! LOVE!!!! I love (did you guess that already) Meg-star videos! I shall never tire of watching her and her expressions and her creativity for keeping you on your toes! Congrats on 18 months! You indeed are a rockstar!
XOXO

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife
YSooooooo B E A U T I F U L!!!!! OMD CLARE, THE WAY YOU MATCHED EACH PHOTO WITH EACH LYRIC..OMD!!! YOU REALLY, REALLY, REALLY DO KNOW HOW TO GIVE LANGUAGE TO THE HEART!!! Make no mistake about it, you have expressed what Meg means to you in the LOVLIEST OF LOVELY ways!!
Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
MEG, HAVE THE MOST HAPPY EIGHTEEN MONTH AMPUVERSARY EVVVER!!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂 And it's so nice of you to share your "AMPUVERSARY ALBUM" with Elsie Pie! 🙂 🙂 🙂 Your Mum has captured your joyous and happy heart with every single photo.....and your deeeeelightfully feisty and spunky, outrageously splendid personality perfectly!!! What makes all this even more special (if possible) is that YOU KNOW YOU ARE ADORED!!!! 🙂 YOU KNOW YOU ARE LOVED REGARDLESS OF ANYTHING YOU EVER DO!!! You can do no wrong......climbing on the roof of your shed....taking up all the space in the bed.....getting covered in sand and mud and your Mum just smiles and laughs.....giving Elsie Pie a little nudge sometimes when she walks next to you and acting like it was an accident......nope, everything you do is adored!! And Meg, make no mistake about this: You have brought everyone here more joy and more smiles and more happy tears and more belly laughs and more compassion and love than you could ever imagine possible! Yes, your Mum and Elsie Pie pitched in too! 🙂 🙂 🙂

Wonderful video, yes, the Oscar goes to Clare 🏆 and could not be more deserved 👏🏽👏🏽
You've got a great talent producing fantastic videos (I will be forever touched by Eurydice's lovely tribute 🐮🌟) and, of course, having such a gorgeous - cheeky - model helps, right Meg? 😉
I wish I could be there with you and the girls, help preparing a menu fit for a Meg-a-Star and her food-passionate friend Elsie too
🍗🍖🍕🌭🍔 and also 🍦🍦🍦and 🎂
Wish you girls a lovely, lovely day, lots of kisses and cuddles flying your way 😘😘🐮💫✨🌟🌹
Eurydice 77kg/170lb Great Dane limping end of April 2016, amputation (right front leg/osteosarcoma) 4 May 2016 6 courses of carboplatin followed by metronomic therapy, lung mets found 30 Nov 2016. 3 courses of doxorubicin, PET scan 26 Jan 2017 showed more mets so stopped chemo. Holistic route April 2017. Lung X-ray 5 May 2017 showed several tennis ball size mets, started cortisone and diuretics. Miss Cow earned her XXL silver wings 12 June 2017, 13 months and 1 week after amputation and 6 1/2 months after lung mets, she was the goofiest dawg ever and is now happily flying from cloud to cloud woof woofing away :-)
Brilliant! Truly a MEG-A-STAR!
We are so privileged to have shared this time with you and always so grateful that there is an ocean protecting us from your antics
Clare- again you have shown that you are a such talented photographer and a patient and loving mom.
And thanks for the few glimpses of the Pie!
