Well she has made it 2 mos and going strong. I still remember the day we got the diagnosis and feeling like the end was near. Luckily Supai can't read, she is too busy playing fetch and snoozing on her comfy bed! We gave her a huge Marrow bone yesterday, it was 24" long, she laid in the snow and chewed on it for 2 hours and was very pleased with her self, I am proud of her too.
Looking forward to every new day. Hope you and your friends are doing well!
Shaun & Supai
Supai,
Congratulations on your ampuversary! I'm glad you got a huge bone. Celebrate each day.
Debra & Angel Emily

Yippy Skippy Supai!
Keep up the fantastic work! I know you can't read but you've got cheerleaders here rooting your victory!
Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
Hooorrray for Supai! Seriously wonderful news to start the week, congratulations! Isn't it funny how long ago that scary day you got the diagnosis seems now, once you look at all that Supai has accomplished in just two months? Tripawds rock!
Supai, where did you get a 24" bone? Wow! You're one lucky pup.

I've been wondering how Supai was getting along. Sounds like in addition to a milestone, the adjustment has been pretty easy. That is always great news. Here's hoping for many, many ampuversaries to come.

Well a more true statement has never been said - except it should be PAWRTY! It sounds like you are enjoying every day but when you reach such a milestone as two months it is good to take time to celebrate. We will be celebrating with you vicariously and giving a toast to many more such milestones. We hope that extra treats, more hugs, and perhaps .... ICE CREAM was in the offering for today. Just keep on making those wonderful memories and enjoying every day for the wonderful gift that it is.

Supai & I want to thank you all for helping celebrate this milestone. Friends and family know how important our dogs are to us but have a hard time understanding how wonderful it is even getting up in the AM to our Tripawd is still healthy and wanting to experience a new day. Here at Tripawds everyone understands that, sharing these experiences with you all and reading your respons makes them all the better.
To the "Newbies" good luck and you have found a great place to share your adventure.
Hape you and your friends are doing well.
