-Chloe's mom
Chloe became a rear amp tripawd on 7-29-10. Another tumor was removed on front leg 2-20-14. Found 3rd tumor on neck 2-2015, but she's still kicking cancer's butt at age 14. Chloe's blog

Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
Wait a second! I got a bone to pick with you Gayle! I thought your amputation was the 18th of February! If it's the 17th, which I'm hoping is a typo, then your video is wrong! You better let me know! We can't have production errors in a smartypants production!

Six Months! That's just Pawsome! Glad you're doing so well so you can take care of Mom! Gayle is a great example for all to follow.
Hope you have a great celebration, even if it is a couple of days late! Hugs to you both.

comet...what a statement of my senility..or the fact that it's such ancient history...we didn't notice...but...the surgery was actually on the 17th of february (i just dug out the paperwork..as now you have me wondering)... so not to worry - the video is just dandy, since we didn't pick her up until the afternoon of the 18th, and when i'm not with gayle, time stops anyway....

Congratulations, Gayle! I've gotten Jack's ampuversary wrong at least once and then missed another one completely, so I think you're doing just fine 🙂 Super work showing the world that tripawds ROCK, and give your mommy some of those healing sloppy kisses...maybe she'll give you some back?!?!? Hope you enjoyed your ice cream and cheese!

Yea ET Gayle!! Happy 6 Month Ampuversary! No worries about missing the date - I have on our profile that Mackenzie's amputation was Nov 5th when in fact it was Nov 6th and I know I posted dates of Nov 3rd?? I have no idea how I could have gotten all that confused. So you are not alone! We're so happy that ET Gayle is celebrating this great milestone ampuversary. Here's to many many more ampuversaries, ice cream, cheese and celebrations!
Kami (Mackenzie & Kobe's Mom)
My sweet golden Mackenzie. She became my angel on Dec 29, 2010 at the age of 8 1/2 although she was always my angel from the time we brought her home. She was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in Sept 2009 and officially became a tripawd (front leg) on Nov 5, 2009. She will be forever in my heart and now she's running free with all of our other tripawd heroes. I love you Mackenzie!
Well, it's Comet's fault! She getting a little old and her eyes and mind aren't what they should be! She got your info on your blog and Miss Gayle is correct! No confusion there. It's in black and white - the 17th.
Comet needs a fact-checker when doing videos - it's not her first mistake! She's just glad when she gets everyone's name right!
But that means you can celebrate two days in a row! Oh heck, make it the 17th-20th!
