I want to say a very special thank you to a very special secret admirer who did something very special in memory of Sassy. I received Fed Ex today a star named in Sassy's memory registered at the International Star Registary. It is named Sassy's Shining Light. I am very honored that her secret admirer did this. I couldn't even read the card and the description I was crying. It is a great honor that you think this much of her. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and Sassy's too. I know she is very proud.
The circled red area is the star on the chart and I received the coordinates so I can look it up.
Hugs
Michelle & Angel Sassy

And on top of tjat we get to see Sassy's breathtaking portrait again!! And I have the one you sent framed and sittng where K see it everyday, several times a day.....and seeing her again n here STILL gives me goose bumps, tears, smiles, but most of all, pure happiness!!
She IS so ALIVE!
And how does it feel to kow you and Sassy are soooooo loved and cntinue to make a huge difference in people's lives?
And, after studying the coordinates real hard that you circled, , I happen to kow that Sassy's Shining Light Star is in the constellation "Canis Major", which is Latin for "Big Dog"!! Very appropriate!
Wonderful to know that, not only is her light eternal, we have a star that will shine FOREVER named "Sassy's Shining Light" to prove it!
We can feel your happiness through the computer screen! It's really nice that, with all you've been through and with all the lives you and Sassy cntinue to touch, you BOTH were honored in this way!
So now when we say "surrou ding you with Sassy's Shining Light"........oh yeah.....it's the real deal!!
Love!

ACL tear in right hind leg 12/5/12 and scheduled ACL repair surgery 12/21/12. Pre-op xrays revealed osteosarcoma. Amputation 12/28/12. Chemo (carboplatin) started Jan 10, 2013 and ended on April 5, for a total of 5 doses. He handled carbo like a champ! No side effects. We started metronomic therapy at his third chemo and have been also doing some holistic treatments. He's a lively, playful 10 year old huskie-boarder collie and a very proud member of the Winter Warriors! Our love. Our funny little guy!
