Rusty celebrated his sixteenth month Ampuversary yesterday! He is amazing! The past six weeks have been the best weeks since his battle with cancer began. We gradually moved him to canned EVO a couple of weeks ago, eliminating the ground sirloin; his diarrhea returned so we put him back on ground sirloin & dry EVO. Apparently the wet EVO is just too rich for his stomach. We have not had an In N Out burger during the time that Rusty had his digestive problems; I think that we will go tomorrow to celebrate his milestone.
Chuck & Rusty
Rusty is a Labradoodle who was diagnosed with level 3 Fibrosarcoma on January 16th, 2010 and had his left hind leg amputated on January 25th, 2010 five days before his 18 month birthday. Please see Rusty's blog @rusty.tripawds.com. He is putting up one heck of a fight against this terrible disease.

I think we may have to burger it up tomorrow, Rusty, in your honor! I didn't see this till after we'd eaten tonight. I know it won't be the same, but will a Boca burger count? If I put cheese on it? And Karen's idea...a milkshake! Oh man, maybe 2 suppers tonight!
From abandoned puppy to Tripawd Warrior Dude, Dakota became one of the 2011 February Furballs due to STS. Our incredibly sweet friend lived with grace and dignity till he impulsively raced over the Bridge on 12-15-12.

Pawsome Rusty! Chloe has never had an In-n-out burger, we no longer live near one, but I will be sure to giver her one in your honor someday!
-Chloe's mom
Chloe became a rear amp tripawd on 7-29-10. Another tumor was removed on front leg 2-20-14. Found 3rd tumor on neck 2-2015, but she's still kicking cancer's butt at age 14. Chloe's blog
Happy Ampuversary, Rusty! Way to go! We will definitely be celebrating for you - Mom's promising extra cheese for us! Woo hoo!
Mom said to tell you we're gladd the last week has been better than ever for you - we're all keeping fingers and paws crossed for many, many more good weeks to come!

Holly joined the world of tripawds on 12/29/2009. She has a big little sister, Zuzu, who idolizes Holly and tries to make all of her toys into tripawds in Holly's honor. And she's enjoying life one hop at a time!
