Tomorrow is Roxy's 5 month ampuversary! She's come such a long way and we're so proud of her. I posted a video to youtube of her and her dad playing around a little. For some reason the quality turned out really crappy on youtube, but you'll get the idea. Anyone have any clue why the quality would have became so bad when I posted it on youtube?

Hope you've all had a great weekend!

gayle & charon
Life is good, so very, very good!!! Gayle enjoyed each and every moment of each and every wonderful day (naps included). She left this world December 12, 2011 – off on a new adventure.
Love Never Ends
What a great video!!! Happy 5 Month Ampuversary Roxie!! I can see why you'd be so proud of her. She's like a little jack rabbit runniing so fast...really fantastic how quick she is on her feet. And or course the tug 'o war - I'd love to see her play with my 2 goldens who love that game .
Way to go Roxie! Here's to many many more ampuversaries!
Kami (Mackenzie's Mom)
P.S. The video quality seemed really good. I noticed that when you first post on youtube, the video quality isn't good cause it's still uploading so that might be what the problem was for you. It looked great!
My sweet golden Mackenzie. She became my angel on Dec 29, 2010 at the age of 8 1/2 although she was always my angel from the time we brought her home. She was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in Sept 2009 and officially became a tripawd (front leg) on Nov 5, 2009. She will be forever in my heart and now she's running free with all of our other tripawd heroes. I love you Mackenzie!
Roxy THAT IS SUPER DUPER! You are such a cutie!
Mom, the videos on youtube need time to process, that's why. It takes up to an hour for it to look normal.
If you want to put the video to where it comes up on the page instead of a link, just click on the "Share" button on youtube under the video and copy that link into the movie reel icon (by the tree icon) inside your post. Just copy it into the File/URL box and click "insert". The video won't show up until you save the post. (don't mess with the other settings like I did in the beginning)
Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
Happy 5 month ampuversary Roxie-girl!! Look at her go!! So glad to hear she's doing so well... Wishing her many, many more happy ampuversaries!!!
Angel Jake and Wolfie's Mom
Jake, 10yr old golden retriever (fractured his front right leg on 9/1, bone biopsy revealed osteosarcoma on 9/10, amputation on 9/17) and his family Marguerite, Jacques and Wolfie, 5yr old german shepherd and the newest addition to the family, Nala, a 7mth old Bengal mix kittie. Jake lost his battle on 11/9/2009, almost 8 weeks after his surgery. We will never forget our sweet golden angel… http://jakesjou.....ipawds.com ….. CANCER SUCKS!
Congratulations Roxy! Reaching five months is an important milestone, here's to many more months. Nice video!, it is wonderful to see our amputees resume a normal routine.
Chuck & Rusty
Rusty is a Labradoodle who was diagnosed with level 3 Fibrosarcoma on January 16th, 2010 and had his left hind leg amputated on January 25th, 2010 five days before his 18 month birthday. Please see Rusty's blog @rusty.tripawds.com. He is putting up one heck of a fight against this terrible disease.
Yea Roxy!! Your video looks great - so much energy - so much life - so much joy!! Milestones like a 5 month ampuversary definately call for a Pawrty. This means - extra hugs, extra playtime, extra special treats, and ICE CREAM. Mom and Dad will be celebrating vicariously and raising a toast to mark this wonderful milestone. I too was a left fore-leg amputee and we just have to show them how great our lives can be. Keep on fighting the good fight and enjoy your life.
Looking forward to many more ampuversaries - remember to always celebrate and ENJOY - ENJOY - ENJOY!
Spirit Cherry
Roxy, your video is so fun! I put it in our Tripawds Playlist on YT.
You really show the spirit of what being a Tripawd is all about. This is exactly what pawrents need when they first learn that amputation can give their dogs a better quality of life. Thank you for sharing, and many many cheers for many many more ampuversaries!
P.S. You might want to tell your folks to put some tags in the description of your movie so that it more easily shows up with other three-legged dog movies and lots of other folks can see it too!

Happy Ampuversary, Roxy! You rock!
Holly joined the world of tripawds on 12/29/2009. She has a big little sister, Zuzu, who idolizes Holly and tries to make all of her toys into tripawds in Holly's honor. And she's enjoying life one hop at a time!

Happy Ampuversary Roxy! You look fantastic!!
How old is Roxy?
When our Tripawds are running, they look like they aren't missing a leg, huh? They don't look 'labored' in movement until they have to go slow...
Tracy, Maggie's Mom
Maggie was amputated for soft tissue sarcoma 10-20-09
Maggie lost her battle with kidney disease on 8-24-13
