Hey Wanda, I can't believe it's Angel Ted's one year ampuversary. Wow. We miss your boy.
Did you mean to post something here? If you'd like help just let me know OK?

:)! Yes, I thought I did post something! That video was 6 days after his amputation!
One year ago today MySweetTed had his front leg amputated. For a short time before that I scoped out this site and finally became a member and everyone here was so helpful and kind to me. The day he had the amputation I was surprised to find out that the vet wanted us to pick him up and take him home vice transferring to an overnight veterinary clinic....boy was I scared. But, that night and the next night and the next night from then until today the Tripawd family has had my back and my heart. There are not enough words to express my thanks for your support - it has been priceless.
Wanda
Oh my gosh Wanda, has it been a year already? I remember talking to you right from the beginning, man, time flies. Sweet Ted will always have a special place in my heart, as will you.
Paula and Warrior Angel Nitro
Nitro 11 1/2 yr old Doberman; right front amp June 2014. Had 6 doses carboplatin, followed by metronomic therapy. Rocked it on 3 legs for over 3 years! My Warrior beat cancer, but couldn't beat old age. He crossed the Bridge peacefully on July 25, 2017, with dignity and on his terms. Follow his blog entitled "Doberman's journey"
"Be good, mama loves you".....run free my beautiful Warrior
Wanda,
We are thinking of you and wishing you many, many happy memories of your beautiful Ted. The video is great, look at him go. 6 days after amp? Dang Ted. I can't imagine how nervous I would have been to bring Rusty home the same day as surgery, but it sounds like you did great.
I wanted to thank you for always being so supportive of me and Rusty. You have been so kind to us from the moment we joined this site and that means so much to me. Thank you for being so positive and for sharing this sweet tribute to your boy. Hoppy one year ampuversary to you and Angel Ted.
Amy & Rusty
OH Wanda I know your feelings well. We'll be coming up on Angel Max's two year Ampuversary shortly here and while in part it feels like just yesterday it also seems like forever. Hugs, all these anniversaries can be hard days full of conflicting emotions. Ted was an amazing boy and we will always remember him with love and a smile.
Being with you and Ted on this journey has been...and still is...PRICELESS to us! It is an honor and privilege for us to be by your side....then and now.
Almost within hours of his amputation, that happy, smilin' boy was playing full out....well...maybe not that quickly, but pretty darn quick!! He wasn't going to let three legs stop him from thoroughly enjoying the bliss of each moment with you.:-) 🙂
Your love and devotion for Ted...and his for you...came shining through in every post. And believe me, for those of us lucky enough to meet you at the Va Pawty, we all felt Ted's presence! It was as though we did, indeed, get to meet him that day...even though we already "knew" him! 🙂 🙂 I know Ted is in charge of baking the bread for all his pup and cat friends at the Bridge. I also know that he starts his day off with some of his own creations before he gets to TED'S BRIDGE. BAKERY!!! 🙂
Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
