Holly Jolly by Golly is sending a big woof to all her tripawd friends - today is her 17 month ampuversary! We're hoping this post will help encourage anyone out there who is facing this awful decision or is in the beginnings of the journey.
We're celebrating with long walks (still one of her favorite things to do, although they'll get shorter as the weather heats up), some salmon treats, lots of cheese and of course tons of cuddles. Holly wants all of her friends to help her celebrate by asking for extra treats today!
Hugs,
Holly, Zuzu and Susan
Holly joined the world of tripawds on 12/29/2009. She has a big little sister, Zuzu, who idolizes Holly and tries to make all of her toys into tripawds in Holly's honor. And she's enjoying life one hop at a time!

From abandoned puppy to Tripawd Warrior Dude, Dakota became one of the 2011 February Furballs due to STS. Our incredibly sweet friend lived with grace and dignity till he impulsively raced over the Bridge on 12-15-12.

Holly here - Mom forgot the most important treat of all - ice cream! And since it's finally warming up here in Chicago, I think I'll go bug her for some ice cream now!

Chloe became a rear amp tripawd on 7-29-10. Another tumor was removed on front leg 2-20-14. Found 3rd tumor on neck 2-2015, but she's still kicking cancer's butt at age 14. Chloe's blog

Angel Comet here - Holly Jolly by Golly!
I don't come around often because you know me, I'm WAY busy having a super time! It's baseball season and we have a swell team of former tripawds! You know me, I'm manager! And at nights, we put together a cool band - we are best dog band EVER! And you know me, I'm manager of that too!
But I had to write since it's your big celebration of 17 months!!!!!!! I can't believe it's been so long! It just seems like yesterday when we first met and became the bestest of bestest friends! You know, I never thought you were a double agent on the AMBF. Opie kinda did, but not me! I wasn't anti- terrier when it came to YOU! Opie says, "Hi" and is celebrating your big day also! Actually we all are! We get to eat what we want so, we are going to have some string cheese, followed up with some fancy schmanchy expensive vanilla ice cream!
Okay, better go! But I hope you are having a great celebration! I hope Monkeypoo Zuzu gets a little treat, too. Not too much of one but maybe a little one - something that goes well with poopie! - BWWWWWWHaaaaahaaaa!
Spirit Hugs to you!

My sweet golden Mackenzie. She became my angel on Dec 29, 2010 at the age of 8 1/2 although she was always my angel from the time we brought her home. She was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in Sept 2009 and officially became a tripawd (front leg) on Nov 5, 2009. She will be forever in my heart and now she's running free with all of our other tripawd heroes. I love you Mackenzie!
