Today is also Cemil's ampuversary--2 years!
It is difficult to post this with all the losses recently, but it is to give hope to the ones following that I do it. I've been blessed to have him with me much longer than I expected, and as far as I know, his health is still good. He's going in to be checked out next week so I'll know for sure.
Yay Cemil! Keep on winning!
Cemil and mom Mary, Mujde and Radzi….appreciating and enjoying Today

Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.

Jo Ann & Tasha
Tasha 8 years old, First cancer diagnosis 6/26/09, Last cancer diagnosis 9/26/09, Amputation 10/01/09, Loving our girl moment by moment.
Tasha lost her battle and became my Angel on May 4 2011. Forever in my heart….
Way to go Cemil! You are definitely an inspiration to any dog, but especially to "soon to be" tripawd big dogs!
Rock on
Sadie is my 9yr old Rott/Shepherd mix. Diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her right scapula 1/28/10. Our brave girl had her amputation 2/13/10 and her last chemotherapy on 6/6/10. Unfortunately, a tumor appeared in her back right leg and on 10/7/2010 Sadie's earthly journey came to an end. On 10/24/2010 we adopted Ranger, a handsome Rott/Lab mix tripawd (got hit by a car) I think Sadie sent him to us.

WooHoo! Cemil - you da bomb! What a MAJOR celebratation, and congratulations on joining the 'we beat the odds' club. I hope we just keep adding members!
You are proof big dogs can be great tripawds, and can live long and happy lives on three legs. It just doesn't get better than this.
COOKIES! COOKIES! COOKIES!
Shanna & Spirit Trouble ~ Trouble gained her wings 3/16/2011, a 27 1/2 month cancer survivor, tail wagging. RIP sweetheart, you are my heart and soul. Run free at Rainbow Bridge.

Yay Cemil! We just love to see another big dawg join our 2-year beat-the-odds club. You just keep on showing cancer who's boss, ok? Lots of special treats for Nova today in honor of your big day. (And also in honor of the Queen's 7th birthday, which is also on Jan 26th.)
Nova is heading to the vet today to get the once-over and blood work done too. Here's to a hoppy, healthy 3rd year on 3 legs for both of you!

Happy Wonderful TWO years Cemil and family!
What a great and amazing thing to celebrate. You are the one who helped me when I first started, with dog "wrangling". I now have used the "towel technique" with great success thanks to you. I love the way Cemil looks, calm, focused, like no wolf anywhere would want to be within a hundred miles of him.
Sammy and I will do our happy jig and throw a ball today when I get home for you and Cemil. We hope for many more of your continued success!
