Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
It's gonna be a swell party!!!!!!!! Just look how happy you are that we came!!!!

Happy, happy day to you dear Isabelle! My mom and dad had an ampuversary yesterday, too, which confused me because they have all their legs.... Hmmmmmm. They were talking about something called a wedding, and a big ol' white dress. I didn't really understand, but when mom said we had to have ice cream to celebrate, I wasn't going to question it!

Rusty is a Labradoodle who was diagnosed with level 3 Fibrosarcoma on January 16th, 2010 and had his left hind leg amputated on January 25th, 2010 five days before his 18 month birthday. Please see Rusty's blog @rusty.tripawds.com. He is putting up one heck of a fight against this terrible disease.

I'm doing fine. My mom says she doen't really think about my cancer everyday anymore...and I seem to get in trouble a lot more these days...the suspended rules seem to be in effect again....not sure I like that.... Had a bunch of xrays a few weeks ago and everyone seemed so happy that I had to go to the dentist and get all the xrays of my dental work I was supposed to have last October, but no one thought I'd need anymore! I'm pretty patient though, and I let the dentist do them all without sedation, so at least I didn't have to go hungry!
Things are a little boring here right now, lots of summer storms, but next week I get to go to Michigan to visit Finn...and the beach..and LOTS of dead wildlife!!!!
Bud, I'm glad to hear your skin is all healed and your hair is growing back! This past month is the first time in ten months, I don't have any missing hair!
