Life is good, so very, very good!!! Gayle enjoyed each and every moment of each and every wonderful day (naps included). She left this world December 12, 2011 – off on a new adventure.
Love Never Ends
Way to go, Gayle! Love having our tripawds 'out there' making our plight known. We are truly blessed, blessed for the extra time we've been given, and blessed to have found so many wonderful friends here!
Shanna & Spirit Trouble ~ Trouble gained her wings 3/16/2011, a 27 1/2 month cancer survivor, tail wagging. RIP sweetheart, you are my heart and soul. Run free at Rainbow Bridge.
The November Five - Spirits Max, Cherry, Tika, Trouble & Nova. 11/2008 - 3/2013 An era ends as Queen Nova crossed the Bridge.
Gayle makes a beautiful vampire! And what a coincidence... we love Dr. Nancy Kay (she obviously hosted this contest on her speakingforspot blog) and just wrote about her book Speaking For Spot in the Tripawds Amazon blog .

Can Comet borrow that costume when Gayle is done? I think it could double for a devil one, too!
I am so proud of you Gayle (and sister Charon)! You guys are so brave and strong going through this cancer together and yet you are always there for everyone else!
Thanks for being such good friends to Comet and I! The East TN Gals have made our world brighter!

It would have been hoot if you had gotten a "monkey dog" costume! A hoot!

Gayle - You are definitely the prettiest vampire I've ever seen! Congratulations on your win and thanks for sharing your story and your sister Charon's story. Makes us very proud of both of you! Like Comet said, you both are so brave and strong and are always there for everyone else. It's really an honor to know both of you.
Happy Halloween!!! Congratulations!!!
My sweet golden Mackenzie. She became my angel on Dec 29, 2010 at the age of 8 1/2 although she was always my angel from the time we brought her home. She was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in Sept 2009 and officially became a tripawd (front leg) on Nov 5, 2009. She will be forever in my heart and now she's running free with all of our other tripawd heroes. I love you Mackenzie!
That costume is just Darling Miss Gayle!!! You sure do know how to dress up for Halloween in ET!!! Congrats on your contest win!
-Chloe's mom
Chloe became a rear amp tripawd on 7-29-10. Another tumor was removed on front leg 2-20-14. Found 3rd tumor on neck 2-2015, but she's still kicking cancer's butt at age 14. Chloe's blog
Wow congratulations Gayle!!!
You and Charon have always been winners in my book. Since joining Tripawds, I have found such inspiration and laughter from you both.
