I am SO excited! We did a photo shoot a few weeks ago, and I didn't know for sure until today that the story would be published. The story of the HSMO bust dogs will be featured in the issue of Time that is available this Friday Nov. 27th. The article, as well as a photo essay including my sweet little tripawd Dharma, is posted online at Time's website. Bonnie, another tripawd from the bust, is also included. I worked with all of these dogs and I am overjoyed that their stories are being told. Dharma is the fawn girl on the first page of the photo gallery, dog #2. They did a great job of capturing her sweet and silly personality. 🙂

Yes, I was so happy to see that they included both tripawds from the bust. It seems like most of the dogs represented on this forum have lost limbs due to disease and illness, but I hope Dharma's story can help bring some positive attention to all of our beloved tripawds! 🙂

Dharma's story is as inspirational as all the others.  Each one is special in it's own way.  There are others who will come behind you who will be inspired by Dharma, have no doubt.  The ones who lose a limb to injury are in no way less important.  We learn from all who join.
