Happy Ampuversary, Miss Chloe.  You're a super duper girl. Love your video, looks like you're enjoying life like Trouble does, a little bit of action mixed with lots of snoozing. As you reach those double digits, you have to have those beauty naps.

Sure hope you and mom had a great celebration.  Six months is definitely one of those milestones folks talk about.  How are your anxiety issues coming along?  You look pretty relaxed and non-stressed to me.

Nicole,

That is so great, 6 months, yay!  Chloe's video was wonderful.  The music was good and Chloe looks so happy.  Thanks for sharing.  We will do our happy dance for you today.

Remember I told you my cousin does the same thing as you?  I will have to get the island pictures to show you on where he is stationed.  It is on an island somewhere off Hawaii I think.   He is studying how a plant that isn't indigenous has taken over.  He is there with 3 other people for 3 months at a time.  What an interesting life.  He studies the birds too.  I hope your work takes you to many interesting places!

I couldn't begin to say how special Sammy is to us.  Living and laughing with and loving this wonderful boy is priceless.

Being able to take her to Bailey's really has helped. I think part of her problem was loneliness (not used to being an only dog) and from what I've heard she doesn't howl up the place when I leave her there.  Plus at home, she has found her new spot, the couch! Sometimes if I go run an errand, she snuggles up on the couch because she knows nobody is around to tell her to get off. However I KNOW this is happening because there is one particular spot with lots of dog hair....
I would still like to do more training with her (more desensitizing for "leaving" cues), but we have the majority of the issue under control FINALLY!

Chloe became a rear amp tripawd on 7-29-10. Another tumor was removed on front leg 2-20-14. Found 3rd tumor on neck 2-2015, but she's still kicking cancer's butt at age 14. Chloe's blog
