Trouble had her 3 month bloodwork while she was boarded.  Dr F says if he could ask for the numbers to be anything at all they would be right where they are today.  We're estatic.

I have two tired pooches.  Both are sacked out, trying to catch up on their zzzzzz's.

Troubs does have what looks like a bruise or pressure sore on her amputation site.  Anyone have any experience or advise for healing it quickly?

We are ecstatic about this great news too! Laugh Thanks for the update. Jerry's post about Bella's hot/cold pain relief pack has some helpful information about when ice or heat can help reduce swelling and pain.

I suspect it is either from a fall or from getting up and down on the concrete floor.  My baby may need special treatment next time she stays!  She doesn't act like it is bothering her.  It bothers me more than her evidently. lol

Best. News. Ever!

Congratulations Trouble, we love hearing great news like this, thank you so much for sharing with us. You and your pawrents have worked so hard for this kind of checkup, it's time to pawty!

As far as the pressure sore goes....I agree, try using heat/cold and see if that helps.

Many, many hugs going out to you girlfriend!

Good news for Trouble!  The sore is probably due to the hard kennel floors.  Even if you bring a dog bed it is just not the same as carpet (or a couch).  The sore should heal quickly, but you could cover it with Bag Balm if it seems irritated.
