We're having more steak. And cookies. Some blobs of ice cream. Me? I'm having a Mocha Coconut Frappuccino with extra whip and we're rockin' to Queen's Don't Stop Me Now.

Love Never Ends

Jackie, Abby's mom
Abby: Aug 1, 2009 – Jan 10, 2012. Our beautiful rescue pup lived LARGE with osteosarcoma for 15 months – half her way-too-short life. I think our "halflistic" approach (mixing traditional meds + supplements) helped her thrive. (PM me for details. I'm happy to help.) She had lung mets for over a year. They took her from us in the end, but they cannot take her spirit! She will live forever in our hearts. She loved the beach and giving kisses and going to In-N-Out for a Flying Dutchman. Tripawds blog, and a more detailed blog here. Please also check out my novel, What the Dog Ate. Now also in paperback! Purchase it at Amazon via Tripawds and help support Tripawds!
Steak? Cookies? Ecstacy indeed... Hoppy Ampuversary 16!

It's a beautiful day and Catie is one lucky gal! Friday the 13th is a lucky day! Steak, cookies, Queen - what more could we want!
We'll dance the calories off later!
Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
Congratulations Catie!!! Sweet 16 months! You rock! Your Mom rocks! Queen rocks! Rock on...
Lisa, Ranger and Spirit Sadie (even the monkeysister Athena says woof!)
Sadie is my 9yr old Rott/Shepherd mix. Diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her right scapula 1/28/10. Our brave girl had her amputation 2/13/10 and her last chemotherapy on 6/6/10. Unfortunately, a tumor appeared in her back right leg and on 10/7/2010 Sadie's earthly journey came to an end. On 10/24/2010 we adopted Ranger, a handsome Rott/Lab mix tripawd (got hit by a car) I think Sadie sent him to us.

I couldn't begin to say how special Sammy is to us. Living and laughing with and loving this wonderful boy is priceless.
I am so impressed, Catie! You are setting such a fine example of how to do it all right! You show us all how to fight, how to kick butt, and how to throw a rockin' pawty! We had pizza last night to celebrate my ampuversary, so tonight I'll have to talk my Woman into something special for yours! Any suggestions? Oh man, if only she'd let me bring a rabbit into the house like I did once before...but the chances are pretty slim. I'll see what I can do! Is whipped cream good? I've never had it. What am I missing now?
Love, Dakota (and Evelyn too if she ever wakes up from her nap)
From abandoned puppy to Tripawd Warrior Dude, Dakota became one of the 2011 February Furballs due to STS. Our incredibly sweet friend lived with grace and dignity till he impulsively raced over the Bridge on 12-15-12.
Dakota's thoughtful and erudite blog is at http://shari.tr.....pawds.com/
