Can you believe that finally…all on her own…without D Dawg's mom reminding her…..my mom remembered it's my 11th month ammpuversary? AND can you believe that it only took her 11 MONTHS to finally get me the OFFICIAL TRIPAWD Bandanna?
Seriously I had to wait 11 MONTHS!!!!!
This is the most honored OFFICIAL TRIPAWD post card I got from super ultra cool spokesdog Wyatt, Spirit Jerry, Jim and Rene. My mom even put it up on the "Fridge of awesome awards and achievements" It is right there between the report cards of her less furry kids
I plan to celebrate by making some Bud snow angels
NNow I say…… Bring on the February Furball Pawty Treats!!! Join us my Tripawds friends!
Because ….SERIOUSLY…it only took her 11 MONTHS….REALLY???? Can you believe it?
Happy 11 Bud!
Don't be too hard on your mom, she isn't the only one who has trouble remembering ampversaries, it seems to be a FebFur Ball thing...
But practice makes perfect, and she is on it now! And you look fab in your new bandanna! And I bet she remembers next month!
Karen and the pugapalooza
Bud, you are looking oh, so handsome in your bandanna! Swooooon! Congrats, beautiful boy, and we're looking forward to the pawty in February!

Way to go Bud!!! Extra-special treats for everyone! I think cheeseburgers will be on the menu......
Lisa and Ranger (and Monkeysister Athena 'cuz she wants a cheeseburger too)
Sadie is my 9yr old Rott/Shepherd mix. Diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her right scapula 1/28/10. Our brave girl had her amputation 2/13/10 and her last chemotherapy on 6/6/10. Unfortunately, a tumor appeared in her back right leg and on 10/7/2010 Sadie's earthly journey came to an end. On 10/24/2010 we adopted Ranger, a handsome Rott/Lab mix tripawd (got hit by a car) I think Sadie sent him to us.

Oh, Bud, you look so handsome in your special 11 month ampuversary bandana! Abby is looking down and sending big smoochy kisses to you!!
Can't wait for the Feb Furball Pawty. It is going to be amazing!
Sending angel Abby kisses,
Jackie, angel Abby's mom
Abby: Aug 1, 2009 – Jan 10, 2012. Our beautiful rescue pup lived LARGE with osteosarcoma for 15 months – half her way-too-short life. I think our "halflistic" approach (mixing traditional meds + supplements) helped her thrive. (PM me for details. I'm happy to help.) She had lung mets for over a year. They took her from us in the end, but they cannot take her spirit! She will live forever in our hearts. She loved the beach and giving kisses and going to In-N-Out for a Flying Dutchman. Tripawds blog, and a more detailed blog here. Please also check out my novel, What the Dog Ate. Now also in paperback! Purchase it at Amazon via Tripawds and help support Tripawds!

Happy ampuversary!! Love the new duds - yellow is your color!!
Zeus was a Husky mix diagnosed with Osteosarcoma at age 11. A visible lung met and suspicious spot on his liver meant a poor prognosis-six weeks was our vet's best guess. We decided to fight for our boy and his right front leg was amputated on 12/1/11. We did six rounds of chemo, changed his diet and spoiled him completely rotten. We were blessed with 10 great months after diagnosis. Against the odds, the lung met remained a single met and grew very little over those months. A wonderful furbaby with the most gentle spirit, he fought with a strength that we never imagined he possessed. We have no regrets...

Bud my man! Isn't it something to think that in a single week, all these cool dogs joined this weird club? It boggles the mind. I'm pleased you got your fancy bandanna. I have one, but I try to lick it so I don't wear it much. You're looking very good--dignified and handsome. And it kind of looks like maybe you just had a bath. Or do you always look that good? Everyone's waistline is expanding around here with all the celebrating, and tonight we'll have more of that Raspberry brown ale, just for you!
Love, Dakota
From abandoned puppy to Tripawd Warrior Dude, Dakota became one of the 2011 February Furballs due to STS. Our incredibly sweet friend lived with grace and dignity till he impulsively raced over the Bridge on 12-15-12.
Dakota's thoughtful and erudite blog is at http://shari.tr.....pawds.com/
Bud, you look good! So handsome 🙂 Hoppy Ampuversary!
Jenna & Spirit Chili Dawg
