but happy to 'shout out', Trouble's 17 month amputversary was yesterday. She's happy and health, and we are oh so thankful for this precious time we've been given.
All of you coming up behind us, never loose hope. No one knows how long each of these warriors will have after amputation and whatever treatment plan you choose to follow.

Holly and Holly's mom
Holly joined the world of tripawds on 12/29/2009. She has a big little sister, Zuzu, who idolizes Holly and tries to make all of her toys into tripawds in Holly's honor. And she's enjoying life one hop at a time!

Whoooo hooooooo Trouble! Don't we just ROCK? It has been great to hop side-by-side with you in our journeys as Tripawd Warriors.
Best wishes for many, many more ampuversaries.

Nova and mom Sue
Dane Mom Sue at nova.tripawds.com and Mom to Beautiful Great Dane Queen Nova, a Blind Tripawd, who kicked cancer's butt from 11/08-03/13. The Queen is Spirit Nova now, but her legacy lives on here at Tripawds!
That's my ampuversary month buddy making the big 17 month mark. What an inspawration to anyone starting this journey. Now make sure that Mom give you extra hugs, more playtime, special treats, and ...... ICE CREAM. (You know that it is me if I suggest the Ice Cream - my favorite Ampuversary Treat!) Of course, you did it without all the drama that Queen Nova employed to get the extra attention, but I am sure that you were not shorted on anyting.
Keep on ROCKING - both you and the Queen. We will be looking forward to the big 1½ year ampuversary the both will be soon celebrating.
Spirit Cherry
PS: Dad is smiling very big because of the success of our buddies!
Thank you everyone for all the great words of encouragement and the mini-celebrations in our honor. Since this is the place we can always say what is in our heart, I need to get this out.
Each celebration for us is bitter-sweet. While I am thrilled to have this special time with my beautiful girl, and equally thrilled Nova is still hopping beside us, it reminds me each new month of the three warriors we lost along the way. On these celebration days, there are always tears for Max, Cherry, and Tika. I know they look down on us and give us strength and courage, and their wonderful pawrents are always here to offer support. I am greatful.

You are so amazing Trouble! 17 Months! Wow!! You are such an inspawration to the rest of us and a true tripawd hero. You give us such hope and that's such a great gift to give. Here's wishing you many, many more ampuversaries to come.
Kami (Mackenzie's Mom)
My sweet golden Mackenzie. She became my angel on Dec 29, 2010 at the age of 8 1/2 although she was always my angel from the time we brought her home. She was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in Sept 2009 and officially became a tripawd (front leg) on Nov 5, 2009. She will be forever in my heart and now she's running free with all of our other tripawd heroes. I love you Mackenzie!
Hey there Miss February!! Wow, what exciting news......we think you are an amazing girl and you are special to me Trouble.....well, you know why. Paris is doing a 4-legged run in heaven tonight in your honor.
You and Mom keep up the good work! We send you love and hugs and hope you had some special treats!
