Today we celebrate Tasha's 9th month ampuversary!!! Tasha continues to amaze us everyday, she continues to be a strong, happy, goofy girl. Not so active these days, the heat is bothering her, yesterday was 114 so I can't blame her, it's bothering me to!
Today she is celebrating her ampuversary with a hamburger, never ending tummy pets and of course ICE CREAM !!!
We want to say " Thank You" to everyone for your advice and your continuing support. You are all just the best!
Jo Ann & Tasha

Tasha lost her battle and became my Angel on May 4 2011. Forever in my heart….
Hooray for Tasha! Hope you have a very hoppy ampuversary indeed. Here's to many many more, and lots more burgers and ice cream.

Love Never Ends
YAY TASHA
Congrats on 9 glorious months!!! You are PAWESOME!!!!! Here's to another 9, and then another, and another...
Sorry to hear it's so hot, the ice cream melts sooooo fast at that temperature. What a great excuse to have more delivered to your dinner bowl, or are you a lick it off of the cone kind of girl?
Either way have a super Ampuversary and get all the tummy rubs you want, you deserve them!
Laura and Tai
Tai – 9 yr old lab. Diagnosed Osteosarcoma Dec 18/09. Front right leg amputated Dec 21/09. Started chemo Jan 7/10. Lung mets discovered Sept 16/10. Valiant to the end on Oct 26/10 when cancer reappeared in a leg and we made the decision to set her free. Forever in my heart where not even cancer can take her from me.
Happy Ampuversary, Tasha! I know you will enjoy the bugers and ice cream. If you're lucky, you can get mom to give you most of hers too! I'm always happy to see the 9 month mark, it just a few days away from double digits!
You're an awesome girl. Keep kicking cancer butt :0

Maggie lost her battle with kidney disease on 8-24-13
YEA!!! What wonderful news - Tasha is now nine months into her journey. Nine months is an incredible milestone, but I hope you understand when I say - Tasha is just nine months into her journey. The expectation is that we will have many more ampuversaries and everyone knows that our whole family is optimistic. Make no mistake, there will be PAWRTY time today on this wonderful news. It sounds as if you are going to celebrate in style with the never ending tummy pets, hamburgers, and ICE CREAM. We will celebrate vicariously and include a special toast to Tasha and all the crew.
That kind of heat would bother anyone, so the exta playtime will have to wait until better conditions. Here in California, we came home to highs 12 degrees above normal to now 12 degrees below normal. (Just five days later) Considering the fact that we just left a very cold June while in Yellowstone, we will take the below normal any day. Hey - you could join us in our NorCal TriPawd outing. They are predicting a high of 80, but who really trusts weather forcasts that far out. Either way, we will be sure to remember Tasha's ampuversary during the outing.
Spirit Cherry & Dad
Oh Tasha, we are so happy for you! 9 months is something very special and definitely reason to celebrate. I am glad to hear you are doing so well and are happy and strong.
I have to admit, I'm a bit jealous to hear how warm it is there. Here in Michigan, I am wearing a sweatshirt as it has only been in the low 70's this week. Some of my annuals actually died off early this morning due to frost! I'll send ice cream your way if you send heat my way! Deal??
Michelle and Rocky
Way to go Tasha! Rusty will help celebrate also with an In-N-Out meat patty tomorrow after he has his Chemo treatment. It was 113 in our desert today; Rusty was very happy to get into the pool and then stay indoors.
Here's to many more!
Chuck & Rusty
Rusty is a Labradoodle who was diagnosed with level 3 Fibrosarcoma on January 16th, 2010 and had his left hind leg amputated on January 25th, 2010 five days before his 18 month birthday. Please see Rusty's blog @rusty.tripawds.com. He is putting up one heck of a fight against this terrible disease.
Tasha you are just amazing!
We're not far behind you guys here in Vegas on the temps! SO we'll sit in the air conditioning and eat ice cream!
P.S. Michelle, don't feel bad...your flowers would die here in the heat anyway.
Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
Yea Tasha !!!
Here's to hamburgers, ice cream and even better, more and more ampuversaries!!!
Keep cool!
Ugh, I'm really appreciating our la nina summer here..............60-mid 70's...........ahhhh

Keep up the great work so I can keep gettin' those yummies!
Sadie
Sadie is my 9yr old Rott/Shepherd mix. Diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her right scapula 1/28/10. Our brave girl had her amputation 2/13/10 and her last chemotherapy on 6/6/10. Unfortunately, a tumor appeared in her back right leg and on 10/7/2010 Sadie's earthly journey came to an end. On 10/24/2010 we adopted Ranger, a handsome Rott/Lab mix tripawd (got hit by a car) I think Sadie sent him to us.
