well it was yesterday but i forgot i was a bit concerned about her yesterday because she had had her final chemo session tuesday and this seems to have effected her a bit more than the other 3 sessions she is feelong brighter today though.
We had the best walk today just perfect apart from the lack of a camera. She just loves to walk around the lake it is as if it makes her smile and her smiling makes me smile. She is sleepy now but it was so worth it.

YAAAAYYYY Dizzy! The only thing better than a walk around the lake is a swim IN the lake! I'm glad you enjoyed your day.

Abby felt the worst after her last chemo appt too. I guess they have sort of a cumulative affect on the pups.
Glad she had a fun ampuversary hop around the lake. Bring the camera next time! We want to see!
Hope you celebrate many many many more ampuversaries,
Jackie, Abby's mom
Abby: Aug 1, 2009 – Jan 10, 2012. Our beautiful rescue pup lived LARGE with osteosarcoma for 15 months – half her way-too-short life. I think our "halflistic" approach (mixing traditional meds + supplements) helped her thrive. (PM me for details. I'm happy to help.) She had lung mets for over a year. They took her from us in the end, but they cannot take her spirit! She will live forever in our hearts. She loved the beach and giving kisses and going to In-N-Out for a Flying Dutchman. Tripawds blog, and a more detailed blog here. Please also check out my novel, What the Dog Ate. Now also in paperback! Purchase it at Amazon via Tripawds and help support Tripawds!
Congrats on 3 months, here's to many, many more!!
Maybe you need a checklist before the walk around the lake:
dog.....check
leash.....check
camera to take pics for the nosey folks at Tripawds....check!
The pugs will have a few extra treats after they finish school tonight.
Karen and the pugapalooza
