So sorry to hear about Zoey! I'm new to the forum, but here to offer support! That had to have been horrible being attacked that way! How is Zoey doing now? How is the incision? Is her esophagus healed?

Keep us posted! :(

The poor thing!  And poor you to have to deal with all these problems all at once.  Well, this community is here to support and help!  Boy, I hope she heals really soon and can come home to her parents for some extra special TLC!  Stay strong, pup!

ACL tear in right hind leg 12/5/12 and scheduled ACL repair surgery 12/21/12. Pre-op xrays revealed osteosarcoma. Amputation 12/28/12.  Chemo (carboplatin) started Jan 10, 2013 and ended on April 5, for a total of 5 doses. He handled carbo like a champ!  No side effects.  We started metronomic therapy at his third chemo and have been also doing some holistic treatments.  He's a lively, playful 10 year old huskie-boarder collie and a very proud member of the Winter Warriors!  Our love. Our funny little guy!

Whooooaaah! A coyote? Oh my gosh I'm so glad she survived!

Hang in there. I know you're in a scary place but she will heal and you can put this awful incident behind you. I hope the infection goes away quickly.

Welcome to tripawds- what a scary way to get here!

I hope Zoey is doing well and fighting off the infection.  Let us know how she is doing, and we would love to see a picture or two.

Yea!  Home is the best place to be.

As for pictures- they have to be hosted on line somewhere then Follow These Instructions for Adding Photos to Posts.

Of course get Zoey settled, sounds like you have your hands full for awhile.
