OMD Megan you made me laugh so hard! Hahahaha! What a great way to start my morning, thank you.

Promise us you will write a recipe book for us OK? "How to Get a Tripawd to Eat with 101 of the Nastiest Stinkiest Edible Food Products in your Grocery Store"  Or at the very least, a guest Nutrition blog post would be VERY welcomed! PM me if you're interested (I'm serious!).

We had lots of scary incidents like that with Jerry, especially as weather warmed up, so I know how scared you must have been when he came inside. But wow, do you know him like a book or what? You got him to eat and feel better! Your relationship with that boy is one in a million, you are so in tune with Sam. Awesome.

Awwwww Sam is motivated a who.e lot by trying to please has biggest fan....YOU. and of course all of us invisible supporters on the site!

Ya know, with all his "challenges" some of this "slowing down" could simply be the rigors of being a senior catching up with him. Maybe not the eating issue, but certainly the stamina issue. So, in a way, maybe that's a good thing! The rigors of physical exercise, walks, etc. tire seniors out more quickly ...even on a week basis sometimes:-) :-)

You are, indeed, a best buddy to your Sam as he is to you and I know you are savorig every precious moments t! Just the fact that he's savoring your "slurry crap" is a testament to your tenacious spirit:-) :-)

Always sending the best to you and Sam...always,

Sally and Happy Hannah

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!

HAHAHAHAHA!  As a former candle-fragrance creator, I can assure you that no one will be knocking your door down for your newest creation!

I thought about you over the weekend when Kermit was on antibiotics & they were making him a little nauseated- he NEVER turns down food of any kind, but there he was, turning his nose up at mom's delectable liver-veggie-quinoa hash. Thankfully I didn't have to resort to such drastic measures!

Your 2-month post was beautiful...congrats on a job well done with the most puppy-looking 13 year old dog ever! clapbig-grin
