When our Brindle Boxer "Trudy" was a month short of being 10 years old, she was diagnosed with cancer in her left rear leg. After a lot of thought and persuasion by our vet, we elected for the surgery. Trudy is now 11 years and 4 months old and is doing just fine. Sometimes she gets a little tired and her right rear leg may be getting weaker, but, we have never looked back on our decision to have the surgery. She was always popular, but, now she is the star of the neighborhood.
Hooray for Trudy!
Thank you for registering and sharing Trudy's story. It is inspawration like yours that will help others through difficult times when faced with the same difficult decisions you had to make.
