Well it's two months today since Tehya's amputation and as you know from my previous blogs things aren't looking to good for her right now. Today the tumor on her toe has grown quite a bit and we have spoken to our vet about what steps should be taken next. He will recheck her again on Thursday to see how things are going for her but right now we keep enjoying her wagging tail and incredible spirit.
We can't thank you all for the continued support that we have been receiving in these very hard times!
Hang in there Tehya, we're all thinking of you! 🙂 Try to get your people to forget about that nasty old growth on you foot for a day and enjoy the gifts life has given you. Best of luck at your upcoming vet visit.

Tehya
As long as that tail is wagging, things ARE looking good and don't let any vet tell you otherwise! We are thinking of you Tehya! Please keep us posted.
(Hmm, can they do something to control that one growth, e.g, palliative radiation, so that it doesn't cause discomfort while you are otherwise feeling fine?)
Hi Tehya! We posted on your blog, but also wanted to send you extra hugs today. Holly is celebrating with you, and getting extra treats - she's hoping you get some extra treats today, too. And we're keeping fingers and paws crossed for you for your vet visit this week.
Lots and lots of hugs,
Holly and Holly's mom
Holly joined the world of tripawds on 12/29/2009. She has a big little sister, Zuzu, who idolizes Holly and tries to make all of her toys into tripawds in Holly's honor. And she's enjoying life one hop at a time!

Hi Teyha!
2 months already! I think about when you first had your amputation. How time has flown by. You seem to be doing so well (especially with all that tail waggin' that you're doing) so we know that you're feeling good and keeping your pawrents spirits up. Keep waggin' that tail - it means so much to all of us! We are thinking of you and hope your appt on Thursday goes well! xoxo Mackenzie and Mackenzie's Mom
My sweet golden Mackenzie. She became my angel on Dec 29, 2010 at the age of 8 1/2 although she was always my angel from the time we brought her home. She was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in Sept 2009 and officially became a tripawd (front leg) on Nov 5, 2009. She will be forever in my heart and now she's running free with all of our other tripawd heroes. I love you Mackenzie!
Happy 2 month ampuversary Tehya! I know that things aren't looking too good right now... but you should celebrate anyways. I'll be sending good thoughts for you and your vet visit on Thursday!!!!
Angel Jake's Mom
