This morning first thing as I opened the door to let Tasha outside I saw a double rainbow, I have seen a few before but today on Tasha's one year ampuversary I felt like Tasha was given a special gift.
Today we feel so blessed to be able to post that Tasha is celebrating her one year ampuversary. Tasha has had a wonderful life this past year and we are so proud of her, after the first 2 weeks of hell, it's all been good. The day we picked her up from her surgery I remember being so scared and wondering what kind of life she would have on three legs. Ha, what a laugh. She has never missed that leg. We left behind a leg that day but in return we brought home a dog that has so much more of a joy for life, she is so much more affectionate, vocal, she never really ever barked before, now she whoofs for everything, she is so funny. That day we truly brought home a different but better version of Tasha.
Today as we celebrate please give your furbabies and extra hug in remembrance of our tripawd heroes that we have lost and then an extra goodie to help Tasha as she celebrates 12 months, Yay Tasha, I love you, my girl.
Jo Ann

Jo Ann and Tasha,
There are tears of absolute joy today on this wonderful occasion. You are an inspawration to everyone who is going down this journey, starting down this journey, and has finished this journey. That noise you are hearing from the Bay Area is Avvy and Cherry's Dad celebrating. (Cherry's Mom has left for a family reunion so the celebration will just have to be extended when she gets back.)
One full year is truely a milestone to be charished and we hope that you will be up to the task of a wonderful celebration pawrty. Extra Hugs, Extra Playtime, Special Treats, and ICE CREAM. We hope that Tasha is vocalizing her joy of life and will continue to do so for a very long time.
A deep thank you for sharing this wonderful news, and for helping so very much to lift everyone's spirits.
