"Going Dog" def: living every day in the moment

"It came to me that every time I lose a dog they take a piece of my heart with them. And every new dog who comes into my life gifts me with a piece of their heart. If I live long enough, all the components of my heart will be dog, and I will become as generous and loving as they are."

I'm sorry to hear that Magic is fighting the dreaded lung mets.  I certainly hope that the new meds will do the trick.  As long as Magic is still enjoying life I would try not to think about when to make the decision to release him.  It sounds like he is a happy pup so try to remain positive.  You are in my prayers.

Dammit.  I am sorry about Magic's lung mets.  Try and enjoy every day and live in the moment, second to second.  Opie's mom
