Hey it's great to hear from you!

We too believe that pawsitive energy is what keeps us hopping along and thriving. Spread the love, and the world is certainly a better place because of it.

Thanks for telling us more about him. So, how did he get better after the illness? Was it just a spontaneous remission of the illness, or do you think it can be attributed to something else?

Kimball's autoimmune disorder and the finding of the osteosarcoma sort of blended together. He was really sick just before Christmas of 2002. His tumor was discovered and comfirmed cancerous in April  and his amputation was done quickly. I have often wondered if the medication he was on for the auto-immune helped slowdown the bone cancer. Kimball had his leg removed to the shoulder to insure a better chance of removing the cancer.

I hope this helps. I'm not the best at writing things out.

Kimball would like to ask that people go to zootoo and register to vote if they haven't already. He's a spokesdog for the Jefferson County SPCA and they can use your votes to win a much needed make-over. Big Grin.

Peace!

Kimball and his mom ^. .^

Best wishes for a perfect procedure and quick, full recovery Trac! And just a reminder: If you log in your posts will appear immediately without requiring our moderation. And unless you want to quote something from another post (like I did here), you can just use the "Post Reply" button so messages are not repeated. Thanks again and good luck with the operation!

Kimball says Woof You (that's thanks) for posting his zootoo message and the voting page. He really wants his friends to win the makeover. He's sort of the unofficial mascot for JCSPCA.

Woof again,

Kimball ^ . . ^
