Hey everyone, I'm Eddie. I'm going to be 8 weeks old on Wednesday and came to live with my new parents Sarah and Ryan on my 7 week birthday YAY! I was born without the tibia in my right hind leg, which means I can't use it and it just kind of hangs around right now. I haven't been to meet a new vet yet because my new dad is being very picky. I think he's being this way because I'm a Great Dane and he wants to find me someone that really knows what I'm going to have to deal with as I grow up. Anyways, when we do find someone, we're going to have to talk about my leg because Mom and Dad think that it might be best if it gets removed. We won't know for sure until we meet with a vet, but they keep saying they only want what's best for me. Hopefully we'figure it out soon because I'm getting kind of tired of not being able to use it. But enough babbling. If you'd like to see a couple pictures of me or if you'd like to keep track of how I'm doing, you can visit my website at http://www.grea.....ipawds.com. Dad only started it last week' so there's not much on it yet, but he says he's going to try and update it every week. Thanks and I hope everyone enjoys my story as it unfolds.
Welcome Eddie!! You are just too cute and sound like one tough puppy!! We look forward to following along as you grow up and tell your story.
Take care-

Oh Eddie, you melt my heart!
You and your people were obviously meant to be, how wonderful you found eachother, I know you are going to have a GREAT LIFE together!
Please let us know what we can do to make your transition to full Tripawdom easier, we're here to help ok? Something tells me you won't need much though Besides your blog you may want to post updates in 'Beyond Cancer' which is where you'll find a lot of great stories about pups like you.
Welcome little one, we're glad you're here.
