Thought I'd say hello as despite running the UK chapter of Tripawds.com, I've only just managed to find my way to the forum, complete blonde!!
Hello to 3 legged friends and owners! I am Caroline, and am Mummy to Vader who we took on at a year old, he is a brindle French Bulldog missing his front right leg. We live in the rural village of Highley, Shropshire, England.
We're not sure how Vader lost his leg but he was in a horrific state when we collected him, I am so glad he is with us now and can forget the life he was subjected to before we saved him
Vader is a happy chappy and never lets his "disability" get to him, he is the fastest dog in the park! Looking forward to making new friends from across the pond, here, with love! Caroline and Vader xxx
Hi Joan, welcome to Tripawds, your future posts will not require moderation. I read your story in your profile- you might want to start your own topic in Share Your Story so you can properly introduce yourself and Paddy.
Welcome to the forums Caroline and Vader! I hope to hear more here from the head of Tripawd's UK chapter.

Hi Caroline and Vader - he's so cute and he looks quite proud!
Welcome Joan to you and Paddy as well - he's so handsome!
It's an awesome thing to be a Tripawd Pawrent.
Jackie, Angel Abby's mom
Abby: Aug 1, 2009 – Jan 10, 2012. Our beautiful rescue pup lived LARGE with osteosarcoma for 15 months – half her way-too-short life. I think our "halflistic" approach (mixing traditional meds + supplements) helped her thrive. (PM me for details. I'm happy to help.) She had lung mets for over a year. They took her from us in the end, but they cannot take her spirit! She will live forever in our hearts. She loved the beach and giving kisses and going to In-N-Out for a Flying Dutchman. Tripawds blog, and a more detailed blog here. Please also check out my novel, What the Dog Ate. Now also in paperback! Purchase it at Amazon via Tripawds and help support Tripawds!
Thanks folks! We have dreamed of bringing him to America with his adopted brother and sister in the future to meet the Tripawds gang, so one day hopefully we can meet some of you! Even if it's just us humans! Can't begin to describe how great it is to have a big extended family at Tripawds.com! xxx
Hello Caroline, Vader and Joan! Welcome! I can't tell you how hoppy we are to have a UK chapter that's growing by leaps and bounds every day, thanks to your participation and leadership.
Today the UK, tomorrow the world! Wooo hoooo! Three paws up to our Tripawds friends across the pond.

Welcome!
Levi was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma 7-7-11
Ampuversary 10-14-11
Lung Mets Discovered 1-4-12. Chemo seemed to not be working so we switched to Artemisinin and other supplements. In May, Levi developed a sinus infection and started having seizures. The cancer had moved to his brain. We let him go 6-26-12.
Hi Vader. I feel like I already know you from reading your blog posts. That's quite an impressive pose you've got in that picture. Very handsome!
Karen and Spirit Magnum
Magnum: 30th May 2002 to 5th May 2012. Lost her back left leg to osteosarcoma on 5th Sep 2011. Lung mets found on 20th Mar 2012 but it was bone mets in the hip that ended her brave battle. Magnum's motto - "Dream as if you'll live for ever, live as if you'll die today" (James Dean). Loyal, loving, courageous and spirited to the end. My beloved heart dog, see her memoirs from Rainbow Bridge ...... http://princess.....pawds.com/
