Bean had his first birthday last weekend (actually, April 6th!), so we celebrated his full recovery and his birthday in the same party!
His cousins, Gizmo (Boston Terrier), Diesel (Boston Terrier) and Rampage (Olde English Bulldog), attended, as well Miss Ruby-Doobie (Boston Terrier). We had a barbeque and then went downtown for some icecream!
All of that to say, here are some pictures of our healed and happy furbaby!
Chilling in the hot spring sun. Boy was it warm!
Waiting for some birthday cake flavoured icecream! In the background is Miss Ruby!
We're very pleased with the work that Dr. Matt did in Bean's surgery... his wound has healed quite nicely, and he actually seems to be doing much better than he had been before his surgery!

Hoppy Birthday, Mr. Bean! You look GREAT!
Isn't it interesting and amazing how much better they do when they get rid of that bum leg? These dogs are just amazing.
Thanks so much for visiting and sharing your big day with us. You sure made our day!
