She's home! She was doing much better this morning so we went to pick her up and she was very glad to see us. She's taken a quick hop round the yard (with a harness), drunk a huge amount of water and now she's napping.
Very glad to have her back, thanks to everyone for your encouragement.

I have to share this news! She had a pretty good day yesterday but needed a lot of help with mobility (the harness is priceless!). Because she'd drunk so much water and hardly been outside, I slept on the couch next to her, expecting to be woken in the middle of the night. Not only did I get eight hours sleep, but I woke up to find Lesty standing by the back door asking to go out! She'd raised herself and walked unaided for the first time on her first morning home. Great recovery.
