Not someone who can keep dates in mind, except the most recent.. Presto, Irish Water Spaniel 7 years,7 months old, went for what we thought was ACL exam Oct. 16, long story short, amputation October 26th with Osteosarcoma then confirmed, . 3rd degree burn on thorax due to slipping of grounding plate dujring surgery, has been the primary focus of our care... Dec. 8th, it is finally only the size of a quarter, but not healed. Lost two older IWS in past two years.. Tuilelaith to hemangio just 13 months ago at 12 1/2, and 20 months ago , a rescue IWS boy, Charlie, to lymphoma at age 12.Duffy, another IWS, for whom we were his 5th home of basal cell epithelioma (misdiagnosed as Discoid Lupus) died at 9.. and too many others before that, For now, Presto, is teaching us and introducing us to so many people and dogs with beautiful insight.. thank you all.
