We adopted Avery our five year old greyhound not quite a year ago and now (7/2015) found out she has bone cancer. On 6/18/15 she was diagnosed with cancer and had her rear right leg amputated on 7/2/15. Tripawds was the first community we explored information about amputation for pets and it has greatly helped us through this new stage of Avery's life. We hope sharing our experiences will give hope and aid for ours going through the same.
