What a beautiful Pogo! I have to admit I am a little partial when it comes to labs and lab mixes.
Just wanted you to know Brownie was shy of turning 12 and 90 lbs at time of amputation. Brownie was a front leg amp. He did just fine. Once the meds wore off he was back to his old, stubborn, and determined self . After a week he taught himself to use the doggie door on three.. It was a funny site but he did it!
You will find that Pogo will do everything she did before just in his way.
Sending positive thoughts for a speedy recovery❤️
My Beautiful Beloved Brownie was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma on February 26, 2019. With all odds against him he lived an additional one year and eight days with amputation, love, and prayer. I was honored to be his mom, and I have never been so proud! He will live forever in my Heart!

Hey All,
Apologies for going MIA, have had a crazy last couple of weeks and things finally settling down. The Princess has returned to her castle and could not be doing better! Stitches are out, the incision is healed and she is back with those who love her the most. She is moving around the house with ease and crushing the stairs like nothing happened!
We finally let her sleep upstairs in my parents room again as we could tell she was itching to get out of the crate and we are back to our normal routine!! Shes been able to “run around” outside with little bro Mango and even took a nice leap of a little retaining wall we have in our backyard.
I want you all to know Pogo, Myself, and My Family would not have been able to get through this without all of your support and advice. I appreciate you each more than you’ll ever know and if you ever find yourself in NY would love to say hey!
She has a checkup with the vet in two weeks and I will continute to provide you all with the good news!!!
Many Thanks and Hugs,
Pogo and Jesse
We LOVE IT when no news is indeed, GREAT NEWS!
