You guys are amazing, you've really helped pull all of us through this!
Guess who just made it home?
If you guessed "Charlie" you'd be half right because apparently the vet techs fell in love with Charlie, so now we have:
SUPER CHARLIE!
He is doing exceptionally well, already walking on his own and everything. They have him on a sedative right now to help encourage him to sleep, but he's made us so very proud!
Awesome! Make sure you keep up with the pain meds so he stays as comfortable as possible. What a relief to have him home again!
Let us know if you need anything in the upcoming days. He looks great!

Nitro 11 1/2 yr old Doberman; right front amp June 2014. Had 6 doses carboplatin, followed by metronomic therapy. Rocked it on 3 legs for over 3 years! My Warrior beat cancer, but couldn't beat old age. He crossed the Bridge peacefully on July 25, 2017, with dignity and on his terms. Follow his blog entitled "Doberman's journey"
"Be good, mama loves you".....run free my beautiful Warrior
Tears of joy going on over here!! YAAAAAAAAAY FOR SUPER CHARLIE,!!!!!!!!!!
His picture is soooo sweet...even if his eyes show he's a bit on the doped up side!! Charlie's flying high in his Super Cape!! Such a good boy!!
Thanks for taking time to update us. And remember, we are right by your side should you have any questions. Recovery can sometimes be a little "unsettling".
Give that sweet boy a kiss on the mug for me...and a scop l of ice cream! My Happy Hannah always felt better after a scoop of ice cream!
Hugs and love to all!

You guys are the best! You made this process so much easier for all of us. "Super Charlie" has been doing amazing and becomes more himself hour by hour! The biggest challenge seems to be keeping him from running around like crazy. Look how well his tripawd hop is coming along!
He's doing Amazing! Make sure he doesn't over-do it though. So so happy for you guys!
