Last weekend we went to the beach with Bandit, first time for a long time. As you can see he loved it
He's been doing well, except for a bad stomach this week, but he is well recovered

Lesley that looks like a lot of fun! Thank you for sharing. His back leg looks really strong. Many Tripawds take a long time to gain strength so the leg doesn't dip down so much, but Bandit looks like he's got the Tripawd gait down really well!
I hope you get to go to the beach many more times before the seasons change. Have fun!

Oh, he's so cute! What a happy baby!
Love to see a happy pup at the beach! (Abby's favorite spot in the world.)

Abby: Aug 1, 2009 – Jan 10, 2012. Our beautiful rescue pup lived LARGE with osteosarcoma for 15 months – half her way-too-short life. I think our "halflistic" approach (mixing traditional meds + supplements) helped her thrive. (PM me for details. I'm happy to help.) She had lung mets for over a year. They took her from us in the end, but they cannot take her spirit! She will live forever in our hearts. She loved the beach and giving kisses and going to In-N-Out for a Flying Dutchman. Thanks all
I think Bandit does well on 3 legs because he was virtually on 3 for a good 3 weeks before the amputation. The eek before the op, he also had a heavy bandage following the biopsy and to give the hock some support - so when the leg came off it was literally lifting a weight off him!
We're very proud of him
