For those who might be considering Sam-E as a supplement for their TriPawd, I have an earlier post that I have now updated after one month on the supplement. Sam-E is supposed to promote joint comfort and mobility but also advertises to enhance mood & neural function. (which I was hoping was true, since our Charlie was feeling a bit 'down in the dumps') I believe it may actually be helping. Charlie has been feeling, happy, healthy, active and playful. I don't know if I can totally credit the Sam-E or not, but whatever the reason.....I'm definitely going to continue the Sam-E .

Thank you so much for the update. Glad to hear it's making a difference. What kind of dosage is he getting?
My Momma says heck maybe she'll try it too!

I think the TriPawds blog re: Sam-E is where I got the dosage info. (link above provided by Jerry) I will stress I have read not to break the pills as it is intended to be broken down by acid in the stomach and can be hard on the throat.
Thanks Jerry for sharing the link!!

Oh OK thank you for the info, glad it helped.
