Our pup pup Ava strained her right back leg just over a week ago (same side as her amputated leg :()
Possible partial tear in the cranial cruciate ligament per our vet but no MRI done at this point.
She is doing better on the pain meds but we are looking to get brace for her has well for some extra support.
Anyone have success in getting brace or have recommendations?  There are lots of choices out there!
Thank you 🙂

Please consult with a cerified canine rehab therapist for a professional evaluation, prescription and proper fitting of any brace. Or, contact Orthopets or Hero Dog Braces. While there may be "many choices" out there, it is important to work with your veterinarian or an orthopedic specialist when selecting and fitting any orthotic device. These companies make custom-fit orthotics and will work with you and your veterinarian to get specific measurements. Self-prescribing the wrong brace and/or improper fitting of an off-the-shelf orthotic can do more harm than good.
Watch our video interviews with Orthopets for more information, or contact these companies and let them know Tripawds sent you!
