Hello

I take my four legged dog(Harley) with me sometimes when I am taking a drive such as bringing my daughter to school. I wouldn't mind taking Tater Tot with me sometimes but I feel uncomfortable having him loose in the back seat going window to window. What are some options that would work. I have seen the hammock  but I do use the back seat a lot for passengers so I don't want to keep putting it back up every time Tater wants to go for a ride. Thanks Keith

Hi Keith,

I think the best thing you can do is get something like the EzyDog Seatbelt restraint as shown on our Convert Harness order page. It comes in a short or long length. The only thing is that the restraints are not officially crash-tested by any agency, so keep that in mind. We have one ourselves (that's our Wyatt in the photo), and it is pretty durable however.

The EzyDog hammock is pretty easy to take on and off in a second to accommodate passengers. Only the front piece comes off for passengers, as shown below.

I do want to let you know however that if you are in Canada and order the hammock, there are customs fees that we can't control when it hits the border. Just learned that recently.
