I am sorry to hear Bruce is still having problems and I do hope you get some answers soon. My Meg pulled a muscle in her shoulder at around six or seven months post amp, and this also had implications down her back, as she twisted to compensate. I wonder if it could be something like that with Bruce, some sort of tweak or injury and then that in turn niggles something else, like a sort of domino effect. Might explain why he doesn't seem to be improving. For Meg, strict rest and NSAI's did the trick, though it took a few weeks. Are you seeing a rehab vet? They're very good at picking these things up. Might be worth it if the neurologist can't pinpoint anything.
Big hug to handsome Mr. Bruce

Finally some good news!!!! On Tuesday night Bruce seemed a tiny bit better, yesterday he was able to stand to eat his dinner, which he hasn't done in over a week. Bruce and his baby sister (Bandit) have been spending their days out in his pen and their nights in our garage (every access into the house involves stairs), the weather has been quite lovely so they seem to be enjoying themselves, and Bruce hasn't had to put any undo stress on his leg. This morning he was actually walking almost normally, for short periods, so I'm hoping that a few more days of restrictions he will be doing even better, and we will continue to keep him fairly quiet and look further into hydrotherapy to help build his strength in his back leg.
FANTASTIC news!!! 🎉🎉🎉
im so pleased the rest seems to be sorting things out.
Well done, Bruce and well done you 😊🐶
Big hug,

Thank you Clare, Sally and Teresa - it is so easy to fall into the trap of thinking the worst. I must constantly remind myself to "Be More Dog ". I am happy to report that Bruce continues to make good progress and seems quite content with all the extra spoiling he's gotten in the last week or so.
Bruce has been keeping track of Eurydice's adventures over the past week and is incredibly jealous of all the lovely toys, treats and visitors she has been enjoying (and very happy for her and for you, Teresa for all the lovely memories being made). And he also asked me to mention that he is indeed a muppet and may even be related to the Cookie Monster. (I have been calling him my sweet muppet since the day I met him).
Giant hugs to all of you and you lovely pups!!!!
YES, we were pretty sure he was a muppet !
The Cookie Monster rocks and so does your Bruce !
We are SO happy to hear he's making good progress, nothing compares to enjoying our doggies being happy
Eurydice was thrilled to hear you're travelling with us (even if technically we aren't going for adventurous long trips any more)
Please do give us an update on your goooooorgeous, super groovy boy !
LOTS of hugs, kisses and zillion cuddles plus slobbery kisses from missy cow
