Increased appetite

Simon gets his 5 th chemo session tomorrow, For the pastv three weeks I have noticed that his appetite has increased . He always was finicky . And now he’s eating much much better. Vet Friendv mentioned that this could be a bad sign? Eating and eating and then get skinny? He has no observed weight loss. Thoughts?

We hope everything goes great! That's pretty pawesome that he's got an increased appetite!

OK here's the thing: is your vet friend an oncologist? If not, please try not to worry (especially since Simon's not losing weight).

I wasn't privvy to what that person said but it seems unfair to me to say that without doing any diagnostics, or I'm assuming even examining Simon. Do talk to your oncologist about it tomorrow though, just to put your mind at ease.

Simon lost 1 lb Since the last weighvin three weeks ago. So I’m guessing the increased appetite has not affected weight. .

this is also a concern I have with Charlie, he is eating still and even eating more some days but still losing weight.
The general vet couldn't really answer me so when we see the oncologist tomorrow I'm going to ask her about it.

Since charlie is still losing weight now, if we do do surgery and he keeps losing weight what could the reason be? cancer we couldn't detect elsewhere?
