Love Never Ends
Gosh, this is taking recycling to a whole new level.
{too funny, Charon! Who knew indeed?!}
Abby: Aug 1, 2009 – Jan 10, 2012. Our beautiful rescue pup lived LARGE with osteosarcoma for 15 months – half her way-too-short life. I think our "halflistic" approach (mixing traditional meds + supplements) helped her thrive. (PM me for details. I'm happy to help.) She had lung mets for over a year. They took her from us in the end, but they cannot take her spirit! She will live forever in our hearts. She loved the beach and giving kisses and going to In-N-Out for a Flying Dutchman. Although poop eating is a nasty habit, it is a natural one for dogs Sometimes it can be diet related so just by simply changing to a high quality or different food can fix the problem.
A natural product to try is canned 100% pure pumpkin...not the pie filling. Apparently it makes the poop taste bad...it worked for my dogs. A tbsp with each feeding for about a week should curb the nasty habit...it's not a 100% sure thing but it is a cheap natural product to try. The key is, if you have more than one dog all of them will have to have some. You may need to re-introduce it on occasion...it lasted several months for mine.
Good luck
