Constipation in dogs

Hello,

I was wondering if there was any natural way to help my dog with constipation, she keeps licking her bum to try to get it out but she can't seem to which leads to whinging and that keeps me up all night because I can't sleep when my dog is whinging.

Hi Kayla, welcome. Your future posts won't need approval so post away.

First, is your dog a recent Tripawd? If so, is she still on pain meds? This can be one reason why she can't go. Usually constipation subsides when the pain meds are tapered off.

If she's not on pain meds, then it could be diet related. What is she eating?
