Samson aka Lunkhead. Diagnosed with osteo on11/12/20, passed before he could fight it 11/20/20. You came to me to save me after my Loki passed 1 month later in 2/16 and we had 4.5 great yrs . You were the greatest boy . I couldn't ask for anything more from you but you have me so much more .. The clown of the house ... Daddy will always love and miss you .Stay safe and happy on the other side of that bridge and teach them your soccer moves ...

He had such charisma , character , and one hell of a personality .. Sometimes stubborn as an ox but the most loving and gentle of souls .. He was a true ambassador for his breed with his unending loyalty , and unconditional love , to being a clown - like a 1 yr old puppy everyday .. I will miss him undeniably .
And he was a proud boy for sure ... And a big big baby with me ...

This is in remberance of Loki , my American Bulldog who would have been a Tripawd but was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in his rear leg to late according to the Vet to have surgery . They thought it was a torn muscle at first due to the swelling and his limping but when they found out it was cancer the mets had spread to his lungs and heart really bad .They said at this point palative care was really the best and only option .That was in Nov 2015 and he lasted until 1/13/16 when I couldn't let him suffer like that , he didn't deserve to be in that much pain. He was the sweetest , gentlest boy ever , he was like my baby with white fur that glistened in the light like fesh snow in the morning sunlight . I raised and bottle feed him and his 4 siblings ( Peterweed was his brother that stayed with me as well) , he was my shadow , he was everything to me , always with me, sleeping on my chest at night with his brother laying above my head . . Today 5 yrs ago I had to do the hardest thing ever , it ripped my heart out . But I had to set him free of his pain ... He would never cry in pain around me even at night while sleeping . He would get up and go into the living room and cry in pain but as soon as I would come out he would stop and wag his tail and smile .. He was on so many pain killers and pain patches , and when they stopped working ( he was getting a new patch every other day ) I couldn't let him suffer like that , I broke me to have to euthanize him , but I know it was the right thing to do ..
He will never by forgotten ... And his passing is what led me to my Samson ..

Loki.....such a handsome good looking boy. Loki , like all your dogs, know how loved they are. And Loki knew you loved him enough to release him when his earthly body no longer served him. As his energy moved onto Spirit form. And in that form, he was able to manifest Samson for you♥️

Heres a pic of my little man Apollo . He passed just after Peterweed . He pretty much taught the brothers everything , including how to hog my bed and bury themselves under the covers. He was the sweetest little boy , loved everyone and everything and was so gentle , just a little cuddle bug . He crossed due to a tumor that wasn't found on his spleen and it ruptured , by the time we got him to the ER , the said he wouldn't have made it out of the surgery .. SO , I just wanted to remember him and the boys on this page .

Oh yes indeedy, Apollo definitely looks like a cuddly bug. I love that he taught the others how to be a bed hog😎 I'm sure you slept like a pretzel on a tiny part of the bed not covered in dogs!😉

I wish I could say that it was getting easier but it really is not. I know he was in pain and that he would suffered to be with me which would not be right. The thing is he was always with me and wanted to be with me, I just miss him soo much. I am trying to be better I made a little tribute to my little Patches. I know all of you understand. Thank you for being here. Its snowy here is NJ so I had some time to post and miss my little boy.
