I agree 1000% David, this is a beautiful tribute to a Beautiful Warrior! I’m certain that Rocky & Stewie stand side by side saluting Wyatt and Jerry and THANK them for creating such a bond between ALL TRIPAWD WARRIORS!
I’m thrilled that Baxter enjoyed watching Wyatt and Stu having such a good time together, I well imagine them together now… such good times! These are memories I will treasure furever!!!

Hey Jerry,
You are not going to be surprised as to how my Super Duper Truper Stu came through this week… After spending a day finding some Treasures to honour our boy, we sat at the Needles Ferry waiting to come home, when this BEAUTIFUL RAVEN came down beside me and let me take a picture of his Glorious Wings! I knew right then that it was our StuBert telling me that he had been flying with me ALL DAY! It was very emotional to say the least!
I wanted to add a photo here of the raven, but I’ve forgotten how to do so. If you are able to pull it out of Stewie’s media on site, that would be great! Plus i just added Stu’s paw prints that we got with a beautiful card for us (unfortunately they only got the 2 prints 🐾 😔) but something is better than nothing right! It would be lovely if you could add those to this forum page too.
It was a week ago, minus 15 minutes and counting… 😭 💔 that we said our Final Farewell into our boys ears, but I know you know that it feels like only yesterday! I am still walking around him in the middle of the living room, I still want to get his dinner ready at meal times, i held on to a lovely piece of roast beef fat for 3 bloomin’ daze ‘cause i didn’t want to throw it out! This morning I heard him “Chuff” like he used to when he was trying to get my attention… ALL THESE LITTLE THINGS and more fill the house with a sense of emptiness. We are so very grateful to have our two very special boyz to soak up all the extra love we gave Stewie every day!
See you again soon my friend, I can’t wait to see what you do for Super Stu’s memorial piece! It will be a treasure of a lifetime!

The top paw is his front paw, unfortunately they only took prints of his one back paw and not all three of his beautiful paws, but i will take what i was given and be grateful 🙏

Petra that's neat they gave you pawprints with ink. I wish I had thought of that for Wyatt and Jerry.
What a super cool story about the raven, that's one I'll never forget. Yes it was him! It's so true. Our beloved animals life energy follows us around, always. They live on in a different, unseen dimension after they transition, but it's no less real than our own physical world.
We have a similar story after Jerry left us, and heard Jerry's bark just a couple days after we set him free. As for Wyatt, well he never gave us a sign like that. I think that big goof wanted to give our ears a little rest after so many years of his booming voice barking at us from the back seat of the dog truck! 😉
There's no need to get rid of any of Stewie's things, not even the last bit of roast beef! Well, ok, maybe that one, but you get the point. There are so many things in your life that will always remind you of him. Do what feels natural and right, and on your own timeline.

The guys will always bring us joy down here, treasured memories! I'm confident they are all having a blast. I envision all tripawds come running to greet a new member at the bridge. Jerry is the leader of the pack;) Wyatt is second in charge woof woof.
Awe Petra, Hearing Stu's chuff bittersweet, he is staying close. Yes, these daze and weeks and months, year are tough, as you well know. A full house of activity 5 furmily members down to 2!!! Too much loss in such a short period of time. 💔💔💔 One foot in front of the other can be tough to do. Not to mention Paul, I can't even imagine!!! All the angels are helping you, my friend & giving you strength & they will continue.

Petra, You should have posted the original prints for everyone to understand the handwriting business and the correction tape on the print.( GRRR) I'm running out of space on Purrkin's blog, or I would have posted it. Thank heavens we had the tools to fix it properly and let that go. I, too, look furward to seeing Stu's plaque Rene; what a treasure!

A tough and ruff year all around Miss Holly, it’s going to take us ALL a while to recover me thinks, but we also have so much to be grateful for! We have been graced with the love of so so many fur babies and losing them has been devastating in their own way, but their lives with us have been a priceless gift, it’s no wonder it hurts so much to lose them!
HEHE you KNOW i wasn’t very happy with the way Stu’s prints came out and I wanted to show only the best of his beautiful big paws! But you’re right, i need to show the ACTUAL PRINTS that were taken of my boy, even with the blemish of tacky writing, it’s still HIS paws that touched that paper!!!
Words of thanks can never express mine and Paul’s gratitude for all that you do for our Fur Babies my friend! You, Mark, (Mum & Dad), Sexy Saxton and my Whisperrring Purrrkins are a very special part of our Furmily, a true gift 💝 THANK YOU 🫂!

There are so many things that I would have liked to have been done differently, like an actual paw print in clay as i had asked for, but as Rene said, this is a true gift in itself… I will be able to carry around his precious prints with me furever, where ever I am Super Stu will be flying with me!

I think Stewie is sending me a massive sign to get his paw print tattooed on me! Not only have you suggested it now, but Miss Holly did as well!!! Thanks you guys, you have just reassured me that the tattoo is the right decision! Thanks STuButt!!!
While I was down at my Fur Kids resting place, I told them just that… they have brought us so much love and PAWSOME memories, they will NEVER be forgotten and my although my heart will always feel heavy ‘cause i really did want them to stay around furever, I will always feel the joy that they surrounded us with!
Super Duper Stu should be coming back home very soon… his PAWSOME Life will be celebrated in true TriPawd Fashion! I will be putting some beautiful memories together and sending him off in style!

When he returns home for good, it will be hard. The fur kid angels will be there to welcome him and surround you with love, and we will be doing it from afar too.
Rene, Stu’s Super Soul has been Super Busy between us all!!! My sister-in-law said a new guy named Stewart started at her workplace yesterday and he just likes to be called “Stu” and she saw a big dog, that looks almost identical to our Stewie walk past her too! He has brought us incredibly good news for Paul and has surrounded his Daddy with protection, I just know it! Miss Holly is surrounded by his spirit too, he is sending her all sorts of good thoughts and ideas as to how we can honour his memories! All of you are true Gems!!!
I am soooo wanting him home, but you’re right, it is goign to be sooooo very hard placing him into the cold hard ground, that’s always been the hardest thing in the world to do for me for ANY of my loved ones! I intend on celebrating his beautiful Long Life in style. His Hedgies will be Saluting him, setting his Spirit Free, knowing that we will ALWAYS BE TOGETHER!!! I’ll be sure to let you know when that day comes and be sure to have you all with us in spirit!

Woah! Yes he has been VERY busy! That's a great story about the human Stu! Woah! And soooo happy that your big gentle giant angel sent the good news for your dear hubby! Hope he's on the mend so someday soon we can start hearing great music from you two again.

I just wanted to pop over here and add a link to Super Stewie's blog. The years and years of Happy memories that have been compiled will melt your heart. No dog could be more loved and no dog could ever have been the center of the family like Stu. He defines what's good about being a dog member of a hooman family (and cats too)
Seeing this photo album so lovingly put together by Petra amd Paul expresses the love that they surrounded Stu with and the love he jad for them so beautifully.
Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
