Spirit Jerry here . . .
My pawrents cried the other day when they heard that my soul brother Rocco said goodbye.Rocco held such a special place in our hearts. Mom and Dad always thought that we looked so much alike, and they finally got the chance to meet him just after I left this earth last October. He was the first dog they touched and held close after my departure. Meeting Rocco and his good people in Washington last October was a bittersweet and beautiful experience, one they will never forget and always be grateful for.
He was a strong and courageous boy who never gave up, and lived life to the fullest even just a few weeks ago when his pawrents took him to Oregon for his last trip to the beach.
We will always admire the determination his pawrents had to give him a quality life. They made sure that his battle with cancer was always fought with dignity and hope. Rocco embodied the spirit of the tripawd journey, and I am honored to finally be able to run and play with him in the heavens.
Cathy and Buff, we hope that the sweet memories of your life together can bring everlastng comfort to your aching hearts. Rocco's spirit will shine on forever. With much love,
Spirit Jerry, Rene & Jim
