Really glad you losted ronight. We all know you are still raw with grief and, unfortunately, it usually gets worse before it gets better. Missing those day to day routines, the break in your everyday lattern for years...it sucks. And the "firsts" with all the holidays...yeah, it sucks.
But Jerseyboy is not in pain. That's the gift you have given him since the start of this journey.
My computer is really being obstinate right nkw so I haven't been able to see the pictures, but I will! I did see the video...OMD! Talk about keeping your eye on the prize, sooo cute!
A d you can bet Jerseyboy will be having a feast at the Bridge! He'll be eating ten times the amount his Grandma fixed for him. They can eat non-stop at the Bridge and never get sick!
Hmmm...wonder if he'll make his presence known tomorrow? Look for signs...he may just pop in and say hellp!
I know I felt "better" when my Happy Hannah's ashes came back home to me. Many kf us have set up little "celebration of lie" corners, or special little "gardens" where we can go to remember all our special times.
Jerry always reminds us to remember that those last few days were just a blink of an eye compared to the thoisands snd thousands of great days you and Jerseyboy had together! Those are the moments Jerseyboy wants you to remember!
Thanks for sharing some special memories tonight. We LOVE hearing about Jerseyboy and all his "specialness"! Please share more when you can. We are all family...always.
Sending you so much love...lots and lots of it...

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife
