Thank you to Daisy's Mom for letting me do this very special and lovely tribute to a beautiful and special girl.
Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
Beautiful! What a happy girl. Now, please excuse us while we go find some tissues...

I've sent Ge'Lena a personal thank you, but I just want to say publicly that I LOVE this tribute to my sweet Daisy girl. I feel the love between us so strongly, and I am grateful to Ge'Lena for taking the time to capture it. You truly have a gift, Ge'Lena, and your willingness to share it makes you an angel.
God bless.
Lexi
Daisy, 12 years young, had left forelimb amp on 5/19/2010 due to osteosarcoma. She left her body behind and joined the other spirit tripawds on 7/16/2010.
So grateful for each day with her!
Lexi (Daisy's momma)
This is absolutely awesome. The love for Miss Daisy is so apparent. The adjustment of not having her physically must be tremendous.
Ge'Lena, I'm almost to the point of not being able to watch your videos. They are so beautiful, but just absolutley break my heart. So bittersweet. It is a wonderful thing you do, giving someone such a beautiful memory.
Shanna & Spirit Trouble ~ Trouble gained her wings 3/16/2011, a 27 1/2 month cancer survivor, tail wagging. RIP sweetheart, you are my heart and soul. Run free at Rainbow Bridge.
The November Five - Spirits Max, Cherry, Tika, Trouble & Nova. 11/2008 - 3/2013 An era ends as Queen Nova crossed the Bridge.
What a beautiful beautiful tribute...as soon as the music started with Daisy's picture, I broke down into tears and they're still flowing as I type this. So touching and moving and I am so sorry, Lexi, for your loss. Daisy was a beautiful girl and it's so obvious how much love you both had for each other.
Ge'Lena, you most certainly have a wonderful gift .

My sweet golden Mackenzie. She became my angel on Dec 29, 2010 at the age of 8 1/2 although she was always my angel from the time we brought her home. She was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in Sept 2009 and officially became a tripawd (front leg) on Nov 5, 2009. She will be forever in my heart and now she's running free with all of our other tripawd heroes. I love you Mackenzie!
The tribute to Daisy is so beautiful. You can see and feel the love that you and Daisy shared, it's beautiful just beautiful!
Rest in Peace Sweet Daisy.

Awww Lexi! Thank you for letting me do it! The pictures were so beautiful and just so sweet, I could have added Lady GaGa music and it would have been good!
I'm just glad it expressed your feelings! She was really special and you were really special for giving her almost 2 wonderful years as a senior dog!

That was so beautiful. Daisy is so expressive - and Ge'Lena - you have captured the love.
Awesome.

"Going Dog" def: living every day in the moment
"It came to me that every time I lose a dog they take a piece of my heart with them. And every new dog who comes into my life gifts me with a piece of their heart. If I live long enough, all the components of my heart will be dog, and I will become as generous and loving as they are."
