Wow, very funny and ingenious. I have heard such horror stories about the damage chewers can do that I am hoping this is a phase. So far Wrigley has taken a couple of experimental bites of the leather couch but I hope I have been stern enough to dissuade him. One loose thread or piece of material is just too tantalizing for him to ignore. And, I think we might go through a lot of toys. He already ripped the head off one of those pillow pets, which is bigger than him. He drug it all over the downstairs and shook it "like a Polaroid picture." Sorry, that may be an obscure reference and I can't even think of the name of the song.

Golden retriever, diagnosed with osteosarcoma in September 2010 — right front leg amputated November 2010. He fought valiantly to stay with us; but a second diagnosis of osteosarcoma, this time in his left front leg, was more than our golden warrior could overcome. He loved his pack — and everyone else he met.
We loved him even more.
Thanks for the pennies, Sammy. They helped.
