I am 100% certain that Lily is helping me heal my heart. That dog took care of me from the minute she entered my life and she hasn't stopped. The past month I was having such a hard time without her. I did a ton of crying. I would look at her picture and feel like I would lose my breath thinking how can it be true she is gone. Then I found Violet. Seeing her little face I knew right away my girl sent her to help heal my heart. Violet has been with us for 5 days and it feels like she has been part of our family forever. She is a momma's girl, she loves to snuggle snd she rests her head on my shoulder when she is tired. I think Lily gave her the rundown on what I needed to heal. I can now look at Lily's picture with smiles instead of heart break. I still miss her every day but Violets puppy love helps me cope. Violet is such a blessing and makes me feel even closer to my Lily. I am so grateful!

Crying happy tears after reading this......Lily will ALWAYS be there for you, and with you, even if you can't see her, and she knows how much you need comfort right now. I am so glad she brought you a new little pup to love and snuggle with.....our beloved angel Tripawds know exactly what we need, and when.

They definitely can help you heal.  Emmi helped Bob tremendously.  I'm glad to hear Lily is still watching out for you and providing a distraction from your grief. Violet is a lucky pup.

This is so beautifully said. It just warms my heart to know how Lily sent you Violet. She knew EXACTLY what she was doing.

Lily knows you will always love her and, at the sa.e time, I know she is so happy that another pup will get to know what it feels like to be loved by such a wonderful human!

Thanks so much for updating us. But you KNOW qe HAVE to have more pocs!

Sending love!

Saying goodbye is never easy but when we realize that it's not really godbye, that they are still with us in different form, it's a beautiful thing. Lily sending you Violet is a gift from her that says "I'm still here Mom, see?" With Violet and Lily on your side, it doesn't get any better than that!

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife
